We understand that circumstances may arise which necessitate a player dropping out of the program. Refunds of the registration fees paid will be provided, if requested via e-mail, to the Coventry Soccer Registrar and/or Treasurer, based on the following refund policy:
U8-U14
If a refund is requested prior to 07/01, a full refund of the registration fee paid will be provided.
If a refund is requested prior to 08/01, a refund of the registration fee paid, minus a $15.00 refund fee, will be provided.
No refund will be provided if requested on or after 08/01.
U5-U7
If a refund is requested prior to 09/01, a full refund of the registration fee paid will be provided.
If a refund is requested after 09/01, a refund of the registration fee paid, minus a $15.00 refund fee, will be provided.
Coventry Soccer reserves the right to cancel or consolidate programs if registration is insufficient. Any program canceled by Coventry Soccer will result in a full refund of the registration fees paid.
